Are there cities/towns within El Paso Texas?
This might sound stupid, but for example I live in Derry, New Hampshire.
So if someone lived in El Paso, Texas, are there even more cities/towns within it? Because El Paso is HUGE and has around 4 high schools I believe.

Wikipedia is your friend. The page on El Paso lists the following areas, each of which has many neighborhoods.
Central El Paso
East El Paso
Mission Valley El Paso (Lower Valley and Ysleta, TX)
Northwest El Paso (Commonly known as West El Paso; includes the Upper Valley)
Northeast El Paso
With the city limits are traditional suburban areas that are located on the far eastern and western edges.

I just left el paso after living there for 2 years. But El Paso has different sections of the city and little towns on it’s border that you might hear or. Those towns outside the city limits are Ciudad Juarez (in Mexico), Sunland Park (In New Mexico), Horizon, Socorro, Fabens, Anthony, and Canutillo. They all are located in El Paso County with the exception of Sunland Park and Juarez.
