What makes El Paso-Texas USA one of the safest cities & Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua MEX one of the most dangerous?
If geographically, both cities are together each other, just divided by a political border!
Is violence in Ciudad Juarez, related with the CIA secret programs abroad?

In Texas, citizens are allowed to arm themselves for self defense. In Mexico, they aren’t. In both countries, the criminals have guns. In the US, the citizens have a good shot at defending themselves from criminals. In Mexico, they are at their mercy.

I would say because of the close location of the Army base there in El Paso.

The media blame on “Drug Cartels” who supposedly are in a war to control the ” Plazas”.
But the truth is the CIA is behind the drug flow and violence, and that is Terrorism, and it’s wrong!
I hope the new CIA director Leon Panetta, change the barbarian and savage terrorist and counter-terrorist tactics that the CIA have been using under the Bush administration, in the northern borders of Mexico. Exactly what the counterterrorism programs were meant to do remains a mystery for the public. However, Most Mexicans know that terrorism in Mexico is imported from USA despite the main stream media obsession to blame on “Drug Cartels” and “War on Drugs”.
The Mexican war on Drugs started since CIA jets loaded with south american Cocaine from Guantanamo started being shot down by the Mexican Military.

The violence in Juarez has nothing to do with the CIA programs. the reason is the location on the city.
If you look at any border town or city along the borders they have the same problem its the drug cartels killing each other and innocent people because they are getting there drugs and money across the border.
Look at Nuevo Laredo where the police Chief was gun down with less then 24 hours of taking office.
Right now the Mexican government need to send in the military along the border to help the u.s agents to stop the drug and cartel problems.

No, violence in Ciudad Juarez is not related to secret programs abroad. It is much more likely to be related to drugs.
US involvement is more likely to be due to the vast amount of illegal drugs that the USA consumes.
